Sean Andrew Kremers of Springdale, Arkansas, peacefully passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 33. Born on February 28, 1993, in Clarksville, he was the beloved son of Paul and Sandra Kremers. Throughout his life, Sean was known for his compassionate nature, dedication to helping others, and his unwavering commitment to his family and community.
Sean dedicated his professional life to caring for others as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Washington Regional Urgent Care. His compassionate approach and dedication to his patients made a profound difference in the lives of many. Colleagues and patients alike appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and the genuine concern he showed in every interaction. His passion for healthcare and helping those in need was a reflection of his caring personality, and he was highly respected within the medical community.
Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, Kenneth Carter and Joe Kremers, both of whom left lasting legacies in their families and communities. Their loss is deeply mourned, but their memories live on through Sean’s life and the many lives he touched.
Sean leaves behind a loving family and a wide circle of friends. His parents, Paul and Sandra Kremers, cherish the memories they shared with him. He is also survived by his partner, Erick Metcalf, who brought him happiness and support. His grandmothers, JoAnn Carter and Trenna Kremers, were also a significant part of his life. Sean’s brothers, Jason Kremers and wife Heather, and Justin Kremers and wife Cindi, will remember him as a caring sibling and confidant. His aunts—Ann Lee, Sheila Thompson, Anita Kremers, Kym Loyd, and Susie Kremers—and uncles Nick Kremers and Ken Carter also mourn his loss. Sean’s nieces and nephews—Jayden, Hyley, Brylyn, and Tynley Kremers—held a special place in his heart, and he loved spending time with them whenever he could.
A visitation service will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel. Following the visitation, a rosary prayer service will be conducted to offer comfort and prayers for Sean’s soul.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Clarksville. Father Andrew Hart will officiate the service, which will be followed by burial at Houston Cemetery in Alix, Arkansas. This final farewell will provide family and friends an opportunity to honor Sean’s life and legacy.
Pallbearers include Jason Kremers, Derick Metcalf, Jayden Kremers, Jacob Lee, Michael Thompson, and Brodi Kremers. Honorary pallbearers are Ken Carter, Andrew Lee, Carson Lee, Gabe Kremers, and Tristan Kremers. Sean’s memory will live on through the love and respect of those who knew him, and his legacy as a caring healthcare professional and beloved family member will continue to inspire all who knew him.
